- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon of Hojicha Powder
- 45 ml 90°C (195°F) filtered water
- Optional: biscotto or cookie
- Add 1 generous scoop of vanilla ice cream to a glass.
- Whisk together 1 teaspoon of Hojicha Powder and 45 ml of 90°C (195°F) filtered water.
- Pour the whisked hojicha over the ice cream.
- Optional: top with a biscotto or cookie.
