Hojicha Affogato

Sweet vanilla ice cream is drowned by hot hojicha to create a rich and delicious Hojicha Affogato.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Hojicha Powder
  • 45 ml 80°C (175°F) filtered water
  • Optional: biscotto or cookie

Instructions

  1. Add 1 generous scoop of vanilla ice cream to a glass.
  2. Whisk together 1 teaspoon of Hojicha Powder and 45 ml of 80°C (175°F) filtered water.
  3. Pour the whisked hojicha over the ice cream.
  4. Optional: top with a biscotto or cookie.
  5. Enjoy your luxurious and creamy Hojicha Affogato.
